"I'm lovin' my Shakedown! Thanks Dr. Ann Louise for making this so easy for me!!! I make a double shake with flax oil first thing in the morning that I drink half of after 1/2 fresh lemon and hot water, then eat an apple or veggies for snack. Then the rest of my shake for lunch. Later, dinner with my hubby. I've been on the program for a little over two weeks and have lost ten pounds. "Easy peezzy" as my nephew would say."
